| Best Cub This award went to a very pretty yellow J-3 Cub owned and flown by Ellis Clark of Santa Ynez, CA. |
The Longest Distance flown was many time winners, Jerry Burr of Sedro Wooley, WA, flying his much modifiied White Hawk J-3 Cub. His Cub has VGs, which Jerry helped develop, plus a Cont.0200, two 18 gal wing tanks, no nose tank and flaps that balanced the elevators. This Cub is most likely the most modified Cub flying. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
